The Holland Law Firm, PLLC is hiring a part-time personal assistant. The personal assistant role will report and work directly with managing attorney. The role will be a hybrid secretary/office runner role.
As the individual gains additional experience, we expect upward promotion. Read the complete job description here.
Duties will, include, but not limited to:
Answering, fielding, and returning client calls;
Regularly updating the law firm's social media and directory profiles;
Logging and recording incoming and outgoing mail;
Greeting and intaking clients in person and virtually.
No previous experience in the legal field is required.
Some travel in the Greater Houston and surrounding areas is required and will be compensated.
The ideal candidate is:
Bilingual (English-Spanish or English-Khmer) spoken, reading, and writing (REQUIRED);
Interested in Immigration and Family law;
Open availability M-F from 9:00A-5:00P (a set schedule will be developed);
Live in the Houston-area
This is NOT a remote opportunity. Occasional remote work may be available with advanced approval and on a case-by-case basis.
