After You Schedule Online
Once your appointment is booked, you will receive two emails:
Automated Confirmation — from our scheduling system (Acuity).
Personal Confirmation — from our office, including: Zoom meeting link, Invoice for payment, and MyCase client portal login link
Your consultation is not confirmed until this second email is received and payment is completed.
What should I expect during my initial consultation?
Your consultation is a focused strategy meeting designed to understand your situation, review available options, and identify next steps.
You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and receive professional guidance.
Please note: we do not prepare or submit filings during consultations.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand that schedules change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or text.
Our team will work with you to find the next available time.
Please note: Out of respect for our clients and team, we may decline future meeting requests after two missed appointments or repeated last-minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours’ notice).
Attorney-Client Relationship
Scheduling or attending a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Representation begins only when a written agreement is signed and a non-refundable retainer is received.
Consultations are non-refundable once they begin, and participation does not guarantee eligibility for any form of legal relief.
Can I book an urgent or after-hours appointment?
Yes. Limited evening, weekend, and emergency consultations are available by request.
These appointments may include an additional consultation fee depending on attorney availability.
