Appointments After 5:00 PM CST

All appointments scheduled after 5:00 PM CST will be via Zoom (or the firm’s preferred method of videoconferencing at the time). If you would prefer an in-person appointment, please select an appointment earlier than 5:00 PM.

Don’t See an Appointment Time that Works for You?

If you need an appointment time that is not shown on our calendar, including weekends and evenings, please call our office directly at (832) 328-7877 during normal business hours or text us at (832) 558-8290 anytime. There may be an increased meeting fee for weekend, evening, and/or emergency appointments.

Attorney-Client Relationship:

Scheduling an appointment, receiving a case evaluation, receiving a free consultation, and/or paying a consultation fee does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is only created when a fee agreement is signed and a non-refundable retainer fee is paid with the Holland Law Firm, PLLC. The Holland Law Firm, PLLC reserves the right to accept and/or decline representation at any time for any reason.

A case evaluation and/or consultation does not guarantee eligibility for any form of legal relief. After the commencement of your attorney meeting, any meeting or consultation fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling Your Appointment:

A non-refundable initial deposit is required to secure an appointment. The online scheduling system above will collect the deposit before scheduling the appointment. The deposit can be transferred one-time to another appointment time, if your cancellation or rescheduling request is made two (2) business days before your appointment time. For example, if your appointment is scheduled for Monday, you must request your appointment be canceled or rescheduled no later than 5:00 PM CST on Thursday. Your rescheduled appointment must be conducted within sixty (60) days of your original appointment date.

The Holland Law Firm, PLLC does not guarantee the availability of a particular appointment time. Upon receipt of your meeting request, a team member will review our calendar and either (1) send a confirmation email and/or text message or (2) contact you to regarding an alternate time.
