Meet Attorney Tatiauna Holland
Attorney Tatiauna Holland is a U.S. attorney, global legal consultant, and strategist whose work is centered on one question:
How do people preserve what matters across generations, borders, and time?
As the Founding Attorney of Holland Global Law, she helps individuals, families, business owners, and members of the global diaspora navigate immigration, citizenship, estate planning, and cross-border legal matters with a focus on building, protecting, and preserving legacy.
For some clients, that means obtaining lawful immigration status, securing citizenship, or reuniting with loved ones. For others, it means protecting family property, preserving generational wealth, planning for incapacity, structuring businesses, or navigating life and opportunity across multiple countries.
That mission became deeply personal through her own journey of reconnection.
Although her family has called the United States home for generations, Attorney Holland's decision to pursue Ghanaian citizenship was driven by a desire to reconnect with ancestry, heritage, and legacy. What began as a personal exploration ultimately transformed her vision of what legal service could be.
It reinforced a belief that continues to guide her work today: legal planning is about far more than documents. It is about identity, belonging, family, ownership, opportunity, and the stories we leave behind.
That experience also shaped the evolution of Holland Global Law—from a Houston-based immigration practice into an international firm serving clients across the United States and abroad, with a presence in Houston, New York, and Accra.
For nearly 15 years, Attorney Holland has represented clients before Immigration Courts, Federal Courts, State Courts, and administrative agencies in matters ranging from asylum and deportation defense to permanent residence, humanitarian relief, criminal waivers, civil rights litigation, and complex cross-border legal issues.
She has represented asylum seekers fleeing persecution, survivors of violence, victims of crime, detained immigrants, and families seeking reunification. Her work has included matters involving asylum claims from Syria, El Salvador, Honduras, and other countries experiencing political, religious, and humanitarian crises.
Attorney Holland is a graduate of Southern University Law Center, one of the nation's leading Historically Black law schools, and the University of New Orleans, where she earned her degree in International Affairs. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
Her work and commentary have been featured by FOX 4 News, The Dallas Morning News, OutSmart Magazine, Voyage Houston, Houstonia Magazine, and other media outlets. She has also spoken on issues involving migration, diaspora engagement, global citizenship, and international opportunity, including at AfroTalks in Lagos, Nigeria.
Today, Holland Global Law serves clients across all 50 states and internationally. Whether helping a family secure immigration status, preparing an estate plan, protecting a business, or navigating life across multiple countries, Attorney Holland's mission remains the same:
To help people build, protect, and preserve what matters most—so that their families, opportunities, and legacies can endure for generations to come.
